Phase One: Planning and advisory
The critical work happens before construction starts. We shape your project, lock in the budget, and prepare full documentation, so the build begins with no unknowns.

Initial Concept Design
We start with you. We discuss your goals and how you envision your clinic, then mock up an outline of the space with rough finishes so you can see it take shape. Includes a complimentary budget estimate or quote.

Budget Estimate
We build a detailed budget tailored to your project, setting out specifics, timelines and key considerations so you know exactly what is ahead.

Full Documentation
Once the budget is approved, we prepare the complete set of drawings, specifications and compliance documents, reviewed for accuracy and ready for construction.
Phase Two: Construction and delivery, managed by us throughout
Once documentation is signed off, our builder partner takes the work on the ground and we run the project around them, holding the program, compliance and cost.

Project Commences
With contracts signed and documentation in place, our builder partner starts work while we run the project, keeping you informed at every stage.

On-Site Construction
From foundations to final touches, we oversee the build on the ground, holding the program and compliance and coordinating vendors, so it is delivered the way you need it.

Completion and Certification
We refine the detail, inspect every element, and secure all certifications so your space is safe, compliant and ready to operate.
Phase Three: Post-delivery care and ongoing support
Handover isn't the end. We remain your single point of contact through the defect period, follow-up inspections, and any after-care the practice needs.

Warranty & Defect Management
We manage the defect liability period on your behalf, coordinating any rectification works and holding the builder to the scope of the original contract. Nothing falls through the cracks once the keys are handed over.

Follow-up Inspections & Quality Checks
Scheduled site inspections at agreed intervals after handover. We verify that all systems are performing to specification: HVAC, services, radiation shielding, fit-out finishes, and address anything that needs attention before the warranty period closes.

After-sales Support & Maintenance
Ongoing access to our team for any questions, minor works, or changes as your practice evolves. Whether it is adding a room, upgrading equipment or refurbishing a zone, we are already across the building and can respond without the usual project warm-up time.

A leading imaging group required the delivery of a comprehensive radiology facility within a heritage-listed building in Brisbane's CBD, incorporating CT, MRI, ultrasound and general X-ray within strict heritage constraints.
The Medical Fitout coordinated heritage consultants and equipment vendors to design a solution that preserved significant building fabric while achieving full regulatory compliance. Specialist shielding solutions were managed to work within existing structural limitations, lead-lined doors, frames and walls installed without compromising the protected facade.
Full heritage compliance with the Queensland Heritage Council. Radiation safety certification achieved first time. Minimal disruption to adjacent tenants during delivery. The project was handed over two weeks ahead of schedule and operational immediately.
